It was during her solo cycling adventure in 2016 from Brussels to Lucca in Tuscany that the adventurous and surprising Annick decided to develop low-alcohol and alcohol-free drinks. Today, she is back with a new range, still with the aim of offering high-quality products for everyone. Obix is her latest creation. A sparklingwhite winemade fromItaliangrapes, lightly fermented, just enough to produce bubbles, but without any alcohol. A successful product as it is unpasteurised, sugar-free, with no additives or preservatives. It offers the most authentic and pure flavours of freshly pressed grapes.
