This cuvée is made from 100% old Alicante Bouschet vines, an ancient Mediterranean dyegrape variety . Xavier Braujou has had fun creating a pure and vibrant version with lots of fruit and minerality.Grown organically and biodynamically (without certification), the wine is produced on clay-limestone soils and rounded pebbles, then vinified with indigenous yeasts before being aged for 12 months in barrels. This modern and refined version of Alicante is a real discovery, always in the spirit of a great wine that is uncomplicated and fun!
