Fermented in stainless steel vats, Amigne de Vétroz (Deux Abeilles) 2022 has a concentrated, spicy nose with aromas of ripe, fleshy stone fruit mixed with hints of iodine. Dense and intense on the palate, with a generous sweetness balanced by fine tannins and mineral, sparkling acidity, this is a promising Amigne, fruity but also herbaceous, with a long, taut finish. This is a magnificent semi-dry to semi-sweet white from a great schist terroir in Vétroz.
