The Amplitude cuvée is the result of a meticulous selection of Gros Manseng plots, and refers to the temperature variations that occur in Gascony between day and night. This is a dry, fresh and highly aromatic white wine. It reveals complex notes of exotic fruit, citrus and white flowers. Very elegant, mineral, and the perfect accompaniment to white fish, seafood and vegetarian dishes.
