Amplus carrignan de Vina santa ema 2022 is made from grapes grown on 60-year-old vines in the Caliboro area of Maule. It was fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak barrels, 25% of which were new, for 15 months. It shows good ripeness and great freshness. It is fragrant and expressive, with notes of liquorice, morello cherries and a touch of earth and dust. It is medium to full-bodied, with vibrant acidity and a touch of sweet spice. This is a very elegant Cariñena with very good typicity.
