The Amplus One Carmenère 2022 de Viña Santa Ema has been made with grapes from vines that are 15 years old at Peumo in Cachapoal, completed with 10%Syrahand 5% de Cariñena (Carignan), adding just a touch more acidity. The grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel and have been matured in French oak barrels before blending. This wine has a controlled maturity with a good level of freshness. The aromas are lively with notes of paprika and other subtle spices. The palate is medium bodies, balanced, with fine tannins and a great elegance. The value for money makes it a perfect discovery!
