Barbera is at home up in the north-west of Italy. It’s a very versatile and adaptable grape variety that can result in wine of all kinds of styles, from light to intense, dry to sweet. The Anello Barbera comes from Asti vineyards, where the clay and limestone soils work together to create grapes with excellent fruit concentration, with an extra layer of richness from some time in barrel before release.
