Ange–2020–Vignobledel’Ecu

Ange 2020 from Domaine de l’Ecu is a natural red wine without sulfites produced by Claire and Fred Niger in Muscadet. 100% pinot noir, biodynamic wine.

100% Pinot Noir from vines grown biodynamically, planted on a 0,47 hectare parcel. The subsoil of this terroir is gneiss and orthogneiss, South-West exposure. Manual harvest, yields around 25 hl/ha, whole bunches, reception of harvest by gravity. Natural vinification without additives: short maceration of the whole clusters for 7 days, 18 months of aging in amphorae. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled at the Estate with just a tiny bit of sulfites.
