The richness of its terroir comes from a remarkable microclimate conducive to ripening and filtering soils that radiate heat, composed of decomposed sandstone, microgranite and shale. With its deep golden colour, this 100% Chenin has an intense nose of citrus fruit and white flowers. The palate is full-bodied, with notes of almond and acacia, and finishes on a fresh, lively note – perfect with a tartar of scallops, for example!
