This location gives the grapes optimum concentration, with plenty of body and intensity. This is a fresh, intense Cava, with aromas of red fruit and citrus. On the nose, there are rich aromas of red fruits, strawberries, cherries and wild berries. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and persistent. The balance between acidity and sweetness is remarkable, with a refreshing finish.
