Sans Designed by Australian bartenders as a plant-based cocktail foamer, Aquafab brings together many of the moral and ethical practices that are in demand. For starters, it’s packaged in a recyclable Tetra Pak with a screw cap. It’s made entirely from Aquafaba, the leftover liquid from a tin of chickpeas, completely plant-based. One 500ml carton replaces 16 eggs or 5 cans of chickpeas when making a foamy, sour cocktail. All without wasting egg yolks or chickpeas. Also, there’s a handy week-long calendar on the back to mark when you first opened. 16 servings per package. Shake well before opening. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days.
