This Vin Jaune comes from a long ageing period under a veil (6 years and 3 months), giving it flavours that are typical of the wine. With its beautiful golden yellow colour, the nose is powerful and complex with notes of fresh walnuts, curry, saffron… On the palate it is characterised by the power, diversity and persistence of the aromas (walnuts, curry)… If possible, open 24 hours in advance and serve at room temperature… Let the magic happen!
