This wine is the result of a blend of multiple vintages that reveals the complexity of the high-altitude vineyards of Beaumes de Venise. The Trias areas are located at the foot of the Sarrasines peaks and the Grand Montmirail and reveal all their finesse and freshness. The goal is the search for how to offset the impact of global warming�The notes of black and red fruit but also the floral aromas (mainly lavender) are very elegant and offer a perfectly structured wine. A delight!
