Winemaker’s Notes
The nose exudes black cherries, wild honey, and sweet mint. This full-bodied wine immediately envelopes the palate, framed and defined by an intense minerality. Flavors of dark plums, sweet roses are enhanced by notes of black pepper and exotic spice. The finish is vibrant and uplifting, with bright acid and a hint of cedary oak.

James Suckling Review – Rated 93:Dusty and cedary nose of dark berries, toasted spices and hints of dried herbs. Dry and a little tight on the palate, with raw, chewy tannins. Medium-bodied. I like the fruit concentration and succulent mid-palate, yet it needs a bit more time to integrate the tannins. Try after 2027.
