Harvested and destemmed grapes undergo 7/8 days of maceration for color and structure extraction. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occur in steel tanks at 25/27°C. Ageing in Slavonian and American oak barrels for at least 24 months before bottling. Red berry aromas with notes of vanilla, liquorice and anise. Red and black cherry palate with some dried fruits.
