Paraje Los Colmenares is made from 100% Tinto Fino grapes grown in a unique area east of the village of Gumiel de Mercado, a terroir classified as Vino de Municipio Calificado. The vines, perched between 850 and 890 metres above sea level, grow on shallow clay-limestone soils and benefit from a preserved natural environment, where thyme, lavender and pine forests bring their aromatic influence. Three plots make up this cuvée, each contributing to the complexity and freshness of this wine. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels, this red expresses all the purity and elegance of the Ribera del Duerogrape variety .
