Produced in the heart of the village of Gumiel de Mercado, north of Ribera del Duero, this Arrocal Village 2023 perfectly reflects the diversity of the terroirs of this historic wine-growing commune. Sourced from terroirs located at an altitude of over 900 metres, the blend focuses on the balance between fruit, freshness and structure and is composed mainly ofTempranillo(Tinto Fino) with around 5%Garnachaand Albillo Mayor. The grapes were harvested early and the wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels of various sizes and shapes: barrels, casks and vats. The result is a delicious wine with notes of fresh red fruit, flowers and herbs, with perfectly integrated oak. Juicy, medium-bodied, balanced and elegant, without being overly complex, it displays great purity.
