The Clos des Centenaires vines flourish in the south of the Gard, facing the ponds of the Camargue. The winemakers, two passionate epicureans, wanted to make wines that offer “affordable luxury – to be easily opened for moments of sharing and conviviality around the table”. In this cuvée Art, Roussanne reigns supreme, accompanied by a touch of Marsanne and whiteGrenache . The wine was matured on its lees in 300-litre barrels for a long year. The nose reveals notes of white flowers and accacia honey, a profile that is echoed on the palate in a smooth, buttery, lightly toasted finish. This gourmet wine is ideal with white meats accompanied by a creamy sauce.
