Artemia2021–ChâteauPesquié

The grapes are crushed and de-stemmed. To obtain an extract with a good colour and aroma, this wine is fermented/macerated for 15 days. The vinification is then followed by a prolonged resting period. Clarification is essentially obtained by successive decanting carried out at the right moment. This wine has a dark ruby colour and aromas of fresh fruit and peppery spices. On the palate it has superb balance between freshness and roundness. The finish is lingering and it recalls the nose with fruity and spicy notes.
