You will enjoy being hunted down and submit to her magical spells of colour, scent and taste.A bit about the winemaking process: Gruner Veltliner and Weissburgunder (AKA Pinot Blanc)separately macerated on the skins for exactly 101 days. The result is a bold amber colour with orange reflections, the aromas continue the same thread with fresh sauteed pineapple, ripe tangerine, a touch of honey and mineral notes. The sip sends shivers down your spine; utmost purity, it manages to be powerful, fresh, pronounced (but not extracted), dry, round with a sweet sensation �all at the same time. Mild viscosity and 10.5% abv make it accessible and uniquely enjoyable.We recommend opening 10-20 minutes before drinking and serving chilled but not very cold (10c)
