Assemblage Blanc 2022 is a biodynamic and natural white wine, a blend of three grape varieties produced by Marie-Thérèse Chappaz in Valais, Switzerland.

A blend of Petite Arvine, Ermitage (the Swiss name for Marsanne), and Sylvaner in equal proportions, from biodynamically farmed vines planted on different parcels and terroirs of the estate. Hand-harvested. The three grape varieties are vinified separately without additives, then blended after fermentation for 12 months of aging in barrels, with no new oak. Just a micro-dose of sulfur added before bottling at the estate.

All of the wines by Marie-Thérèse Chappaz sold on our website are imported into France by SARL Pur Jus.
