The Domaine des Aurelles is one of the great names in Languedoc winegrowing. It’s a 10-hectare little corner of paradise, cultivated by Basile Saint Germain according to the precepts of biodynamic viticulture. The Aurel cuvée transports us to the garrigue with its notes of dried herbs and tapenade, the aromas deep and subtle. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, a real pleasure on the palate that finishes with firm but well-patinated tannins.
