Auriel–Grignolino–Piemont

Grignolino is a very interesting indigenous grape from Piedmont.

Very dry, light in colour, there is reminiscence of Pinot Noir.

The wine show maturation with aromas of ripe cherry and dates and hint of smokiness.

The tannins are very soft and the finish is mineral with a hint of floral notes.

Auriel only works with 3 hectares and only produces natural wines.

It is an organic -biodynamic winery founded in 2005 by Marta Peloso and her husband Felice Cappa, on the sweet hills of Monferrato, in Piedmont.
