With this Dauzac vintage they have created a superb second wine. Produced from vines rooted in a specific geological vein where the gravel is fine and sandy. This selection of parcels belongs to Aurore de Dauzac and favours the expression ofCabernet Sauvignon , giving us a wine that’s fruity, crisp and intense. The palate is pleasing with an elegant, complex nose blending aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and dark chocolate. With silky tannins and a lingering, delightful finish, this vintage is delicious!
