In almost every village in Galicia there is a cow (‘vaca’) named Cuca (‘cuckoo’) and this aromatic wine is named in homage to that Galician love of countryside. (The label will be a fun talking point at parties!) A 100% Albariño, it is hand harvested and bursting with mouthwatering fruit notes and a delicious, crisp finish. A perfect match for seafood or goat’s cheese.
