Our Axis Mundi Durif is the culmination of the Liebich family’s passion and exceptional winegrowing. With well-established vines and a sustainable approach to winegrowing, the Durif grapes grown on the family estate are second to none and the resulting wine is a flavour-packed showstopper. On the nose, the fruit is open and bright with ripe plum and enticing liquorice notes, leading you onto a palate which is dense, concentrated and chewy with ample amounts of big, ripe, blue fruit and notes of salted caramel. Rounding out the experience is a well-balanced and moreish finish.
