Ayala Champagne’s Cuvée Perle d’Ayala 2006 Champagne is the jewel in the Ayala crown. A prestige cuvée -Perle is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, all the grapes having been selected from Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages.

As clear as crystal, the colour is pale golden yellow and displays flecks of very light amber. The nose offers a lovely bouquet of very ripe dried fruit, acacia honey, pineapple and ginger bread. On the palate the wine is generous, harmonious and very delicate, subtle notes of vanilla and toast which reveal the ageing under natural cork. Dosage 6 g/l.
