This vibrant Champagne presents an intense pink hue with ruby reflections and a persistent stream of fine bubbles. The nose is wonderfully layered, opening with aromas of stewed red berries that evolve into elegant notes of rose, soft spice, and a unique touch of Nemours poppy as it breathes. On the palate, the wine is rich and expressive, balancing the zest of red grapefruit with sweet raspberry to create a fresh, fruit-forward profile

• Blend of 60% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir vinified as white wines and 15% Pinot Noir vinified as a still red wine
• Aged for 2–3 years

• Limited annual production of 4,000 bottles

STORY BEHIND THE LABEL

Producing fine Champagne since 1878, the Bénard-Pitois family is now led by third-generation vintners Michelle and Laurent Bénard-Louis. As a true Grower Champagne house, the estate is entirely family-managed. By overseeing the complete process from the soil to the cellar, Michelle and Laurent maintain the artisanal spirit and uncompromising quality that has defined their Domaine for over a century
