Bought after a case of love at first sight in 1972, the domaine was restructured to become a staple of the Bandol appellation. Environmentally friendly, the area is certifiedorganicand uses no synthetic pesticides, harvested manually and is worked without added yeast during vinification. The red is obtained mainly from the Mourvèdre vines, the yield does not exceed 30-35 hl/ha, the rest of the blend is mostly made ofGrenacheand a little Cinsault. This wine has a beautiful dark colour, a powerful nose that combines wild liquorice, spice and black fruits.
