Made from almost century-old vines planted on rounded pebble soil, this single vineyard cuvée highlights all the complexity of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, with a singlegrape variety : Grenache, sublimated in its purest expression. Cultivated biodynamically, sorted by hand, vinified and aged with rigour, this wine develops a fleshy and deep palate, supported by great aromatic intensity. It offers notes of strawberry, chocolate, dried herbs and spices, in a rich, balanced and generous ensemble. A rare wine, suitable for long ageing, made for special occasions.
