A blend of 2 white varieties and 1 red; you might expect a pink, timid rosé however this is not the case. The Cabernet Sauvignon (40% of the blend) shines through and is quite dominant, yet it seems to be enhanced by the Xarel-lo and Parellada that add an element of freshness and great tension. Fruity wine with a brilliant long finish. Excellent value for money. Service just under room temperature.
