Sans Matured for an average of 3 years on lees. Pours nicely with a very frothy mousse that shows excellent hold. Pale straw coloured base threaded by an exceptionally fine bead that shows great persistence. A touch restrained the nose displays subtle pear and citrus aromas which merge with light toast and sherbet notes. Light with a subtle creaminess in the mouth the palate has good mid palate richness with flavours of citrus, toast, delicate honeyed characters, yeast lees and a touch of breadiness. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and a bready aftertaste of citrus, toast, yeast lees and cashew.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc. 12.5%
