A big a powerful wine, full of generous red fruit and a long tannic finish. A very limited production of 500 Bottles of which a handful had been imported into the UK by Pure Wines.

An excellent example of how a natural wine can be serious and complex, yet at the same time have great looking labels and presentation. Certainly, a bottle to have at a special occasion such as a Christmas meal; the Bordeaux lovers in your family will appreciate this bottle.

The winemaking process:

Destemmed grapes were macerated for 20 days and then pressing. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation was carried out in a Stainless Steel tank. It was then matured for 5 months in old French barrels of 500L. Finally, bottled in September 2020 and laid down for a few months rest before being released.
