After a mild winter and an episode of significant freezing, the weather was more clement. A hot and dry summer followed and the harvest began in bright sunshine. Aged in oak barrels in the 15th-century cellars for a period from 12 to 14 months, with a moderate proportion of new wood. This wine unveils floral perfumes, citrus accents and presents a subtle minerality. Ample and textured, the saline palate finishes in depth.
