Sans Juniper spirit, distilled apricots, and Middle Eastern black limes spend four months together in ex-Pinot Noir barrels from the award-winning Scotchmans Hill winery. The oak enhances the brown sugar flavours of the sweet dried apricots, while the traditionally cured black limes add a salty sour complexity. Grains of Paradise add a sweet butterscotch note with a peppery finish. Serve with aromatic tonic and a slice of lime. The label depicts Rosey, a standard poodle who loved chasing rabbits.
