Sans Aged on lees for up to 2 years. Pours with a foamy white mousse that dissipates to reveal a salmon pink coloured base and nimble, energetic bead. Delightful strawberry, yeast lees and baked bread scents engulf the nostrils followed by some oily toast like notes and brioche. Rich, mouth filling flavours of strawberry, yeast lees and pomegranate are intermeshed with subtle toast, brioche and chalk elements. Airy and creamy like in its feel, if finishes long, full and crisp.Alc. 12%
