Belles Sœurs is the result of blending hand-selected barrel reserves from the three estates of the vineyard. This carefully crafted 100% Pinot Noir highlights the elegance and finesse of each of the sites from which it comes. Fermented for 10 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new, the nose gives off fragrant, intense notes of seductive wild red and black fruits, garrigue, Earl Grey tea leaves and Angostura bitters. The palate is silky and intense, with graphite-tinged fruit and a very long finish that stands out for its purity and lingering fragrance. This nectar will improve with a few years in the cellar.
