When the winemaker Steve Grimley first started his winemaking career, he was obsessed with France’s Northern Rhône. Many years later he has taken inspiration from the Northern Rhône to create this Shiraz Viognier blend. By adding a dash of high-end Viognier, he has created a polished feel to the wine’s texture, bringing out more of Shiraz’s berry fruited charms.
