The Bergkloster wine is a blend of 5 varieties Bacchus, Chardonnay, Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) and Huxelrebe macerated separately on the skins (accept the Pinot Gris that was directly pressed) from young, talented winemaker Jason Groebe in Rheinhessen, Germany.
Bursting with juicy notes of pear, rhubarb and a hint of elderflower followed by electric acidity and a long lingering crunchy finish.
