Jardins du Prieuré is a sweet, spicy tasting beer. A beautiful amber color and a generous body, all while developing a long, spicy finish on the palate. The name of this beer comes from a former priory in the village of Chablis, in the Faubourg Saint-Pierre, where Joan of Arc is said to have spent a night in 1429. Several sweet plants are used in this beer, in a nod to the monks’ garden.
