100% Bianco Gentile from vines grown biodynamically since 2006, planted on clay-granitic soils, facing southeast. Harvested by hand. Vinification: direct pressing, low-intervention vinification, 8 months of aging, half in concrete vats and half in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled without fining or filtration.
