Biancoperso 2017 is a beautiful golden / light orange wine with mineral and fruity aromas. Its fresh and pure. No fining or filtration.

After pressing and destemming the skins are macerated for 5 days followed by a long elevation of 12 months in stainless steel tanks. At bottling, No fining or filtration is carried out. A beautiful golden/light orange wine with mineral and fruity aromas. It’s fresh and pure, and would be a lovely accompaniment to your risotto, fresh seafood or fried snacks. A young and promising group of winemakers preserving forgotten grape varieties in the Lazio region, hence the name of this wine.
