The Biancu Gentile 2024 cuvée is an explosion of freshness and deliciousness. After a carefully selected harvest, it is vinified with respect for the nature of the grape, to preserve all its purity and fruitiness. Maturing in concrete vats on fine lees gives it a soft texture and a lovely roundness. Its brilliant pale yellow colour with hints of green and silver already hints at the wine’s freshness. The nose is a festival of ripe, fresh fruit: grapes, peaches, mango and pineapple, with a touch of lemon zest adding a lovely liveliness. On the palate, this wine is a sweet delight, where the fruit bursts forth and wraps the taste buds in a light sweetness.
