This Riesling is made from hand-picked grapes grown on the most favourable slopes in the Moselle Valley. The geography of these vineyards alone is the source of the optimum benefit of the sun on the harvest and therefore the best conditions for ripening premium Riesling. On the palate, Steillage Feinherb offers a fine balance between sweetness and acidity. The flavours of ripe apples and lime make this cuvée both lively and fine on the palate.
