A fruity, delicate red Saumur. The wine is made in temperature-controlled vats and then bottled in the tufa limestone cellars where the wine continues its ageing away from sunlight and temperature variations. On the nose, it displays black fruit, blackberry and cherry aromas with some spice notes. On the palate, it is velvety and balanced with present yet rounded tannins. It pairs excellently with both cured and roasted meat.
