A refined, Pinot Noir–dominant Champagne blended with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. Pale gold in colour, it offers aromas of citrus zest, toasted nuts, and delicate red fruits. Extended lees aging of around nine years lends a creamy texture and subtle brioche notes, while a low dosage of 3 g/L preserves freshness and precision. The palate is structured and harmonious, finishing long and elegant.
