Malbec seems to be the buzz word in bars and households up and down the country. So what happens when the South African’s get hold of some vines for themselves? Here Ryno and his team have been experimenting with classically rich Cape Shiraz and rounding it out by blending in some home-grown Malbec. The result is a rush of primary dark berry fruit, with mouth-watering fleshiness from the Malbec. This perfectly rounds out the natural spiciness of the Shiraz, making it another welcome addition to the Billy Bosch range!
