Billy Bosch and his faithful pair of sturdy boots represent the traditions of the South African grape farmer, which date back to the first vintage recorded in 1659. We wanted to bottle an elegant South African rosé, and using grapes grown in the wonderful Cape region allowed us to combine natural sweet berry fruit with a freshness that provides exceptional balance. The wine is brimming with redcurrant and strawberry fruit character and is a great house rosé to always have on hand.
