Black Bridge Classic Gin is testament to ‘Katherine the Stillâ€?using the finest botanicals to create traditional flavours and aromas in this exceptionally smooth gin. Focusing on a traditional juniper note with a burst of citrus each batch is a unique combination of ten carefully selected botanicals.

The name Black Bridge comes from the bridge that once stood in Wheathampstead in 1897 and is now part of the old gravel pits to the west of the village. Black Bridge distillery was created at the end of 2017 by friends ash & Luke with a shared passion for Moonshine. ten years research, designing and saving finally led to the construction of the distillery designed to produce small batch spirits. The first successful production of Moonshine was in April 2017.

Ash dreamed of opening the distillery for ten years during which time active service in the Royal Navy prevented him from doing so. He designed the 350 ltr stainless steel and copper still that is a modular system capable of producing a range of spirits.
