Domaine La Rose des Vents has produced a superb white wine. In its beautiful pale colour with green highlights, the wine reveals a powerful bouquet of passion fruit (floral and lemony nuances), citrus fruit and boxwood. On the palate, the wine is round and aromatic, with a delicious persistence. The finish is saline and long.
